There is a lot of stuff besides the steam tractors at the Thresher's Reunion. Every year I see something 'different.'
I think this sort of thing happens when someone has too much spare time and a garage full of tools. It is beyond being called a 'dually.' Did ya notice the chrome stack???
Saw three Doodle Bugs this year. They are kind neat.
Not sure what this is called, but it gets the job done . . . The guy was usin a joystick to steer it. I think it used to be his lawn mower.
This doesn't look homemade. Apparently it didn't catch on . . . a three wheeled rotary lawn mower.
This is a 1950 Ferguson . . . Fergusons are gray. Somebody ruined and humiliated this tractor with this paint job. Not sure if it is a faded pink or lavender.
Take a good look at the canopy on this steam engine . . . fringes . . . The woman drivin it probably had something to do with it . . . Wonder if there is a connection tween her and the pink Ferguson???
If ya gotta use a garden tractor on a track or steel toothed wheels to culitivate your corn and tomatoes, I'm thinkin maybe there is better ground somewhere else for your garden . . .
