A Couple of Roses . . .

While walkin around my yard, pushin a lawn mower, I noticed that I had a few decent rose blooms.  When I finished mowin, I got my camera and started snappin away.  The light wasn't very good, cause it was gettin pretty dark.


This is a miniature, called 'Y2K.'  In the fall, a lot of the miniatures show streaks or red or pink.  


This one is called 'Innocence', another miniature.


This is 'Mr. Lincoln,' a hybrid tea and  is one of my favorites.  It is a very fragrant rose.  I have won more than one blue ribbon with it in the most fragrant class.


This is another hybrid tea, 'Chrysler Imperial.' 

I had to use my flash on the red roses.  The red in the photo isn't near as deep as in person.
