February 15, 2010 . . .

Now that Valentine's Day is over for another year, I noticed that Wal Mart had St. Patrick Day stuff out. Haven't been to Wal Mart for a while, so I"m not sure when the green stuff was put out. I did notice several clerks clearing the Valentine cards & candy from the shelves this AM. One of the few times I've been to Wal Mart and not had those pesky little, blue-haired ladies get in my way.

I have a couple what I'm callin bread plates made by Rosenthal Germany Kunstabteilung Sel B. Spent a good hour or so trying to id the pattern and determine if I really did have a couple bread plates. It can get tedious going through photos on the internet. Don't really know any more now than when I got up this AM. They were in a $2 box and I think they will be going to the thrift store soon. Some days ya win and some days ya don't.

My cat, Patches T. Cat, isn't feeling well today. She hasn't eaten anything all day. Laid on my bed till I turned on the tv earlier this evening and came out and laid on my lap. Been a long time since she has acted like this.

This is the first photo I took today . . . an old granary behind some guy's barn. I really need to learn to 'photoshop' blue skies. The next photo I tried to take would have been lot better, but my batteries died. The battery indicator claimed they were fully charged when I turned the camera on. I now know that the battery indicator has no more idea of the condition of the batteries than I do.
