I knew it was comin soon . . . My last day sunrise on the mower was yesterday. I'm done mowin the rough for the year. Last week's frost slowed the growth of the grass drastically. With the expected frost or two this comin weekend, it will slow even more. If the rough needs touchin up here and there someone else is gonna hafta do it. I'm glad I'm done for a while. Been mowin the rough since the third week of March, which is about 4 weeks earlier than normal. I was gettin pretty tired and bored with mowin. There are only so many directions that one can mow. I think I used most of them this year.
I expect that it will take me three weeks or so to get bored and be ready to do somethin away from the house. Oh, well, such is life.
