The year is starting out just like the weather people said it would . . . 3-5" of snow over night. I had not realized that some of the trees back there still have a fair amount of leaves on them. Don't know if these blew off or froze off . . . Maybe a little of both.
I did the reasonable thing before heading out for my coffee and paper. I started up the snow blower and cleared the drive. Probably 3 or 4 inches on the ground. Doesn't take long when you don't wait till the storm is over. They say we could have 6-9 inches or so on the ground tomorrow afternoon. That is a lot of snow for my little blower to clear.
Today is the first day I've been on Medicare. I'm not 65 till the end of the month. They start it the month you turn 65. So far, so good . . . I'd rather have the policy I had yesterday. I'm not a fan of the gubberment takin care of me.
