Some Serious Invesigative Reporting . . .

I've been hearing about the shortage of Velveeta Cheese now and then, and here and there.  So I decided to do some serious investigating about this crisis.  I think it is only fair to tell you that I've never taken a journalism course  of any kind in my life.  However, one of the guys that lived in our apartment during my senior year in college worked for the college newspaper, The BG News.  The only ties I have with the food industry was the fact that I worked for the BGSU Food Service, mostly as a cook's helper.  Oh, and one of the other guys worked at Kroger's.

So during the height of the heavy snowfall this afternoon, I headed out with my camera to the local grocery to see what I could find out about Velveeta Cheese.  Who would expect investigative reporters in the grocery during a heavy snowfall ? ? ?

This is what I found . . .

There was plenty of Velveeta, Kraft, and a couple other brands.  This was the only photo I got.  One of those annoying, little, blue-haired ladies with a BIG cart was watching me very closely.  Who would have thought they would be out on an afternoon like this.  I decided that I better put my camera away and get out of the way while I could . . . .
