This morning the radio people were talking about the Globe awards from last night. It seems some of the Hollywood elite were wearing Haiti Ribbons. As the conversation turned to all the ribbons and their causes, I thought of my favorite magnetic ribbon.
I dug it out of a drawer and slapped it on the tailgate of my truck and shot a photo of it for you to see. I've had it for several years. The web address on it, www.justafad.com is still on the web. Don't know if they still sell 'em, but the web page is still there.
During my Elyria days, there was an older car around town that was covered with magnetic ribbon. I think the guy had most of the ribbons that were ever made. It was a magnetic ribbon museum on wheels. Don't know if the ribbons were supposed to cover the dents & scratches or the dents & scratches were caused by the magnetic ribbons sucking grocery carts and bicycles into the car.
Anyway, I figger that my ribbon covers everything. I care.
