Flat Synergy . . .

I'm pretty sure that I'm suffering from flat synergy. . . I'm not talkin about the Synergy drink that I learned about a few days ago.  I woke up Sunday AM with a feelin that no matter what I do, I'm not gonna have a good time doin it nor the energy to do it.  I was pretty much right on.  Monday was pretty much the same.  Today, I think I'm a bit better . . . at least I mopped the kitchen floor and I'm waitin for it to dry as I type this.   Have no idea what brought this on or why I feel so blah the last few days.

I spotted someone workin the fields today.  This guy is the first I've seen in the immediate area.  That 2.83" rainfall about 10 days ago set everything back at least a week.

planting

I'm thinkin he's plantin corn via the no till method.  Looks like this was a bean field last year.  The field is across from the airport.  You can see the house on the right.  It is round and looks like the first floor, probably the basement is surrounded by dirt.  Interesting structure.  Houses like that always get my attention.

Saturday, I went to an auction in Napoleon.  Spent $25 . . . more than I usually do, but came home with more stuff than I usually do.  About an hour into the auction, an elderly (that means older than me) lady fainted.  The lady next to me saw her go down.  She was as white as a sheet of paper.  She was within 20 ft of where we were standing.  The ambulance people were called, but her color had returned by the time they arrived.  I told the lady next to me that I think I would call it a day if that happened to me.  If there was something I thought I just had to have, I would have someone else bid on it.  The lady was still there when I left a couple hrs. later.  I figgered out what she wanted.  We ended up bidding against each other on a Corning Ware Blue Cornflower coffee pot.  I always like to get my hands on one if the price is right.  They usually get me $10/15 on eBay.  I let her have it for $6.  I would have taken it for $6, but my next bid would have been $7.  Last I saw her, she was holdin that pot with both arms, probably laughin at me under her breath.  In case you were wonderin, she wasn't exactly one of those little blue-haired women that live to haunt me.  I think she had her hair colored to a light brown/blonde to throw me off . . . The faint may have been another ruse to soften me up when it came time to bid on the coffee pot.  Don't care what you think, I think those ladies are out to irritate me . . .
