For some unknown reason, I decided to give the house a semi-thorough cleanin. I'm waitin for the kitchen floor to dry at the moment.
Yesterday was the end of the Bryan Jubilee. It was also parade day. Coming back from takin a package to the post office, I noticed some lawn chairs on the tree lawn in front of the First Federal Bank. It was tween 8:30 and 9:00 AM. People were stakin out their parade watchin territories already. Didn't get up and goin early enough to see if anyone slept overnight on the tree lawns like the do at the Rose Bowl parade.
Went over to an auction at Evansport later yesterday AM. Got my bid card at about 5 to 10. I was #65. Not many people there. Unfortunately there wasn't enough of anything to keep me there. It was very sunny, windy, hot and humid yesterday.
One of the photo oriented enewsletters I get decided to have a contest. Subscribers were invited to take a photo at around 10:30 yesterday AM and submit it to the website. Click HERE to see the site. They are goin to draw names and give someone a pretty decent camera. I was comin back from the auction about that time, so I submitted a NW OH Country Road. The shadow is the steerin wheel. I only adjust the radio while I'm drivin. I pull over & stop when doin other stuff. Thought I was going to submit an auction pic, but it was just too hot to hang around.
That kitchen floor should be pretty well dry, so I'm gonna get back to my cleanin . . .
