The train of storms that has been crossing Michigan all day is steadily dropping south. It is pretty much on the MI, IN & OH state lines, then curves a bit more south along the Lake Erie shoreline to almost PA. My weather radio has been goin off steadily the last hr or so . . . t-storm watches, t-storm warning and flash flood warnings. Haven't gotten a drop here yet. The NW corner of the county is under a severe t-storm warning. They haven't set the sirens off yet. Maybe they are figgering out that maybe they shouldn't be used unless the immediate area is under a warning. Earlier this summer, they seemed to set them off no matter where the warning area was. I think that is what upset so many people. I expect I'll be hearing them before the night is over.
The line is sort of curled around Bryan at the moment and is getting dropping down steadily to catch the east edge Bryan, which is where I live. Looks like the east end of the runway at the airport is getting wet. The airport is about 3/4 mile east of me. Pretty cool how ya can zero in on a specific location!!
