Thawin Out . . . Just A Tiny Bit . . .

Temperature in my backyard made it into the twenties this afternoon.  Driving around town was still pretty tricky.  The hard packed snow was 'slushin up' in a few spots.  I didn't see any salt down . . . probably tomorrow if it warms up enough.  I had a difficult time getting up a really small incline at a stop light.  I wasted a green light trying to get movin.  I eventually got through the intersection by makin a right turn that I wasn't planning on.  


Snow is piled high everywhere.  This one is a lot higher than it seems in the picture.  


The neighbor had to shovel out a place for his garbage bags.


This is a main street leading to my street.  The piled up snow makes it seem like I drivin through a valley.  


This my street.  Nothing but snow piles and 3'-4' drifts in most of the yards.
 
The sink in my garage and a freeze up in one of my bathrooms thawed out this afternoon.  No broken pipes.
