I took this early last summer during the dandelion season. This area is in front of a farm pond next to a cemetery east of Bryan. I couldn't help noticing it when I drove by when they were in full bloom yellow - and of course, I didn't have a camera with me. With gas prices so high, I didn't make a special trip back for a photo. Next time I went by, I had my camera with me. When the dandelions were in bloom, the field was as yellow as this photo is white.
My boss at the golf course knows I usually have a camera with me when I'm mowing, so I thought maybe he would like to see where he missed spraying for dandelions. I showed him the photos while they were in the camera. He said the ole ticker missed a couple beats while he was looking at the tree line to figure out where this mess was. I'm gonna make some prints for him to show the chemical salesman this summer.
