$4.15 at the Circle K didn't last long . . . This is this morning's price . . . They drop it a penny right after an increase. Probably to soften ya up for the next big increase, probably on Monday. At least the hot dog combo didn't change.
Garage sales this weekend were a big nothin for me. Yesterday, during my garage sale travels, I had to almost stop on St. Rt. 15 because a turkey was standin in the middle of the road. Have no idea why he chose the road . . . well maybe it is one of the few relatively dry places to stand on. Had a couple deer run across the road in front of me in another place. They were far enough ahead of me that I didn't hafta slow down, just look to see if there were more comin.
Today I didn't see any wildlife other than geese swimming in flooded fields and a guy in his driveway, sittin on top his van looking at something through binoculors. Have no idea what he was tryin to see.
Saw this old barn and thought to myself, 'It's broken.' I come up with some good ones at times . . .
Then I saw this old shed back in a cornfield across from a garage sale location . . .
Didn't get the exact look I was lookin for. Too much garage sale traffic at the time to run around and take more shots.
Today's travels took me to the Blosser Rd. garage sales. There were 22 on the list . . . only 4 were on Blosser Rd. Have no idea how it got to be called the Annual Blosser Rd Community Garage Sale. Maybe the person with the idea lives on Blosser Rd.
