Runnin Errands . . .

Those dreaded, little, blue-haired ladies with their big white cars were everywhere this mornin.  They were doin a good job of gettin in my way.  Took a couple packages to the post office first thing.  A couple of those ladies beat me there.  One was in line tryin to mail a package.  The other was wanderin around the lobby lookin for a box.  The clerk told the lady which box she needed, but did she listen . . . . of course not.

After I got myself away from the post office, I started lookin for boxes at the local grocery stores.  In case you were wonderin, the post office doesn't have the size box I need.  Actually, I need four of a specific size.  Didn't find anything close.

There were a couple confrontations with those ladies and their grocery carts.  One came around the corner, looked at me and stopped dead in her tracks, blockin up everyone.  The other was drivin her cart down the middle of an aisle.  When I tried to get around her, she sped up and veered toward me, makin me think I was gonna crash into the pork & beans.  Sellin on eBay is dangerous at times . . .

The weather people are sayin we should expect another 2-4 inches of snow this evening.  There is about 8 inches on the ground from Saturday.

There were front end loaders all over town cleanin up.  This one is owned by a landscaping company.  They use it to plow snow at the senior citizen apartments behind me.

Bryan has wide four lane streets through the middle of town. They plow snow to the middle of the street, then they haul snow away when it quits.  There were a couple front end loaders workin Main St and High St.

This is an interesting photo. It looks like this street is goin up hill.  It isn't.  It is a very flat street  I have no idea how I managed to make it look like I was shooting up hill. I'm thinkin the shadows have something to do with it, but I can't explain that van ahead of me.
