Today's photo for my Operation 365 (only 335 to go) is an apple. It is a Gala. I purchased it from the Chief Supermarket in Bryan a couple days ago. I ate it soon after photographing it. I can see why few people make it past 30 straight days of new photos.
Patches seems to be fine today. Seems a bit more frisky and demanding than usual. She demands to be brushed a couple times a day. Howls & fusses with me, etc. till I give in.
Have ya noticed how the days are noticeably longer. It starts to become obvious around the middle of January and this year is no different.
Last week or maybe the week before last, I watched a program on the 'Doomsday Clock.' Don't seem to hear as much about it as I used to. Well today, they moved the hour hand back a minute. It is now at 6 minutes before midnight. It takes a lot for them to move it either way.
Weighed myself at the Y today. Weighed out just a bit under 180 lbs. Been too long since I've been that light. Need to lose 5 or 6 more. My sugar levels are staying down consistently, too. I figgered the lack of exercise and the extra weight were a big part of the problem.
Well, it is time for me to start worrying about tomorrow's photo.
