Nice Day, Crummy Day, Then A Good Day . . .

Thursday turned out to be a decent day.   There wasn't much wind, which was a big change, and there was bright sunshine all day, another big change.  It actually felt like a normal April day.  I mowed the yard for the first time this year.  It looks, well, like the first time it has been mowed.  Takes a couple  mowings before it will look really good.  I ran the snow blower out of gas and hung it on the wall even though there were snowflakes Tuesday PM.  People who know me well would not believe my risky behavior I undertake occasionally.

Then I moved the planter wagon I built in my garage this spring to one of the flower beds.  I have no idea what I'm gonna put in it.  I'm open to suggestions.  I think some Wave Petunias cascading over the side will part of the display.  There are some larger roses bushes in the front and rear of it.

Yesterday was about as crummy as Thursday was decent.  It reminded me of a typical dreary, cold, windy, rainy November day.  Today my thermometer says 73 and 15 to 25 mph windy, but I'll take it.
