First thing this AM I had my monthly appt. with my 'friendly neighborhood chiropractor.' His office is in Archbold, a couple towns east of me. It is a long story how I ended up with him, but he helps my achin back more times than not, so I'm stickin with him.
Comin into town I saw this sign. Needless to say, I was surprised. Just wasn't expectin to see a big, red '2' now or anytime soon. On the way home, I stopped and squeezed a couple gallons into my already nearly full gas tank. When I left Bryan this AM, gas was 3.14. This PM it shot up to 3.29. I'm suspectin that the big, red '2' is history by now.
My treatment worked this time. Been dealin with an achin back for the last six weeks or so. I even gave in to it and made an extra trip to the chiropractor that didn't help much. Been pain free all afternoon. It's sort a new, strange feelin . . .
One the way home, I stopped and shot this two tone gray barn. Barns should be red. White is ok, but red is better. For some reason I like the this one. Very neat lookin. There is a beige barn nearby that I need to shoot and post. I mean, c'mon now, beige ???? Seems like that farmer could have come up with something more exciting. He must have a very bland, beige type personality.
Got the Cooper's oil changed this PM. I found out that I had forgotten exactly where the drain plug was. After checkin out a 'how to' youtube video, I found it and had no problems. I can reach it without jackin up the car. Guess I need to drive it more, so it won't be so long till the next oil change. They have 'how to' videos for almost everything. Some of them are very well done and helpful.
Stopped by the local Town & Country Hardware store this PM. They have a very laid back, black labrador type dog there just about all the time. Sometimes when he hears kids, he will go over to them and plop down and let them climb all over him. Anyway, when I was checkin out, he caught my eye, trotted over and sat down directly behind the cashier lady. While lookin at me, he reached up and tapped the lady on the back of her leg. She jumped a bit. The dog kinda smirked and winked at me. I had to laugh out loud. Don't know about you, but I like a dog with a sense of humor.
