Seen By Very Few . . .

video card

This has been seen by very, very few people.  It is the inside of my computer and more specifically my new video card.  My video card had been crashin now & then for a long time.  It had been gettin worse lately, so I decided to 'bite the bullet' and replace it.  The guys at the computer store said it was probably the fan.  When they fail, the board tends to heat up and crash.  Didn't know the card had a fan till I took the card out.  I've learned to take parts to be replaced with me to the computer store.  That was Monday and no video card crashes yet.  One of these days I'll put the side back one.  It is good to clean your fans once or twice a year.  When they get full of dust, they don't move as much air.

Big news of the business world today is about Kodak.  They recently declared bankruptcy in order to reorganized the company.  Wonder why they didn't get a bailout??  They employ thousands of people too.  Anyway, Kodak is going to stop makin cameras.  Kind of ironic.  Kodak invented the digital camera.  I've had a couple Kodak digitals.  I still use my dx6490 mainly for ebay photos.  I looked into selling it on eBay a few yrs ago and decided it wasn't worth it.  It is too old.

I have 3 digital cameras at the moment.  My pay as you go Tracfone doesn't have a camera.  My newest is my Fujifilm Finepix T.  I like it cause it is pocket size and still has a 10X zoom on it.  Takes terrible close ups.  I consider it my 'snapshot' camera.  My 6490 and my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35 take great close ups.  I use the FZ25 when I'm lookin to take some serious photos.
