A while back, I took a drive down a road toward Indiana. Don't think I had been on that road till then. I was still in Ohio and the land was on the gently rollin side of flat. I came across a series of barns that were about the same stage of fadin red paint. It was on the hazy, slightly cloudy side with the sun to my back, so I started clickin away.
This barn had an interestin 'thing' on the peak. If ya look close, you can see it.
Here is a close-up. I have no idea what this is all about. Seems like a lot of work to get it up there. This barn is pretty good sized.
Barns are my favorite subject to shoot. I wish I could walk around them and shoot, but I don't think the owners would appreciate a stranger walkin around their buildings. I'm not a fan of buckshot . . . if ya know what I mean . . . .
Windmills are nothin new around here. They used to pump a lot of water for animals and people.
This gizmo was settin in the yard beside one of the barns. I have no idea what it is.
This 'planter' was in the middle of a field. I don't know either.
I think there is a song,'Stairway To Heaven' done by Led Zeppelin. Wonder if clouds like these gave them the idea.
