So, I'm Going Into . . . .

So, I'm going into the garage and a humming bird zips out the open overhead door.  I have no idea what he was looking for or if he found it. Maybe he was just looking for a place out of the wind.

So, I'm checking of my tape supply to see what I had on hand . . . and there it was . . . that peach colored pillowcase that I sometimes use as background for my Etsy photos.  Been looking for it at least a month.  I don't remember putting it there, but then I couldn't remember putting it anywhere.  I placed it in a 'hopefully' more conspicuous place.  


This is Simon, my big, long, orange tabby cat, doin his thing in his sleepin box.  He is getting so long, that I find in incredible that he can compress himself enough to fit everything in that box.  I notice that when he rouses and stretches, he rotates himself in a clockwise direction.  He did a complete circle this afternoon.

We had a 'stare down' the other day.  He got up on the kitchen counter.  He isn't allowed there so I started yellin at him.  He jumped down and ran to the hallway.  I continued reading the newspaper. I saw him peek around the corner.  He saw me watchin him.  So he glared at me and defiantly walked past where I was sitting back into the kitchen.  Then he came back and sat down in front of me and stared at me.  Since I'm not one to back down to a cat, I stared back.  Wasn't long before he gave up the staring match and found a place to nap.  


One of the local hardware stores has taken up selling golf carts.  I really like the rims on this one.


I saw this HHR parked in the Goodwill parking lot the other day.  Skulls & Crossbones down both sides.


I've never noticed anything like this till now.  Looks like a collapsible truck cap.  Listings on eBay call themfolding truck topper camper shell caps. 

I learn something new every once in a while.
