Those Dreaded Little . . .

I got up Saturday on the grouchy, tired side of things.  Some people might say I got up on the wrong side of the bed, but I got out of bed on the same side as I always do.  It was like I needed to sleep another hour or something.  I was tired for no apparent reason and my brain just seemed 'out of it.'   I decided to go the auction at Limber's Auction barn anyway.

The place was packed with more people than usual!  That isn't good.  That usually means more competition for what I want to buy.  It didn't take me long to see that the place was packed with more than just people.  There were waaa y more of those dreaded little blue-haired ladies that go out of their way to get in my way where ever I am at, than should be allowed in a single building.  I probably should have reported the situation, but I'm not sure who takes those kind of reports.  I'd tried to stick it out, but bein tired and grouchy for no reason apparent to me, I left shortly after the bidding began, even thought there were several lots I was hoping to come home with.  Sometimes it is better to not do anything than try to do it anyway and really screw things up.

On the way back, I decided to stop at an Arby's for a sandwich.  Sometimes eating something helps when I feel this way.  When I went in, there were no people in line.  I'm thinkin this is good cause I really don't feel like standin in line very long.  So I stopped off at the restroom before ordering.  I come out and what do I see . . . Do I even hafta tell you?????  There were four of those dreaded, little blue-haired ladies makin their way to the counter.  There was no way I get there before they did.  I just knew they were gonna have no idea what they were gonna order, then they were gonna hafta search their purses for money to pay . . . etc., etc., etc.  Soooo, I decided that I needed to get out of there and home.  And that is what I did.  When I got there, I pulled the shades, turned off the lights and took a nap.  Probably should have gone back to bed as soon as I fed the cat that morning.
