Something new and unusual appeared near Bryan this past week -- an oil drilling rig. Someone has arranged to have a test well for oil and/or gas drilled. Plans are to drill to approximately 2500 hundred feet. When the crew is done at this location, they are going to drill another test well several miles from this one.
