Annual July 4th Bryan Kiwanis Fly-In

The Bryan Kiwanis Club held their annual Fourth of July Fly-In and Breakfast again this year. Since the airport is less than a mile down the road from me and a WWII Navy trainer was scheduled to fly in, I decided I had to be there too. Can't remember the exact model of the trainers that came, but they say a very high percentage of WWII Navy pilots spent some time in this aircraft.

I got there just in time to get a couple photos of this one before it took off.

I wasn't there long till this WWII vet was getting ready for a ride.

A second WWII trainer made an appearance. I don't think this one was expected.

Here is a shot of both planes flying together. Check out the goose.

There were ultra-lights, experimental and other type of aircraft on display. Someone brought their old helicopter and gave rides.

Then there was this:

I don't know either . . . .
