At 7 AM the temperature was in the high 40's. I wore a sweatshirt and my heavy Carhart jacket. It was cold. I went back in for my heavy gloves. If the wind had been blowing, it would have been eye watering cold. Shouldn't have to dress this way on August 31. Seemed more like September 31. Well . . . maybe more like September 30. The weather people are mentioning the low 40's for tonight. I'm putting my insulated Carharts in the truck in case the wind is blowing tomorrow. It wasn't just me. The other guys were wearing their heavy jackets.
Anybody notice those SMART cars?? There are a couple around Bryan. They look pretty flimsy to me. Makes me want to step on them.
